Shipping & Returns

 

Monkey Hobby.

All delivery timing is depends on delivery company logistics time frame. It might be slightly different from what we state on the web site. and also depends on your local custom releasing time.

Monkey Hobby promise all orders will process in 15 hours after order placed. To make sure customers receive their orders as soon as possible is our mission.

*For most customer we suggest use EMS Express, it can be arrived in 5-6 days after picked up from our warehouse.

*For Airmail parcell it normally takes about 15 days after picked up from our warehouse.

 

All parcell sent out by Monkey Hobby will come with track and trace No. so that you can check your parcel anytime on line. 


Shipping.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Return Policy.

If you are not happy with our product you may return it back to us for a full refund on the products price. This must be done within 30 days of the purchase and the product must be in new condition with original packaging and all included accessories. we do not accept crash damaged parts or items that have been modified.

*If the original packaging has been opened, we will refund 80% of the products purchase price to cover repacking and Q.C. rechecking costs. We do not refund shipping costs.

Customer will need to pay for the shipping cost of returning the defected item(s), MonkeyHobby.com will pay for the shipping cost of sending replacement item(s) back to customers.

In many cases, we just simply send the replacement item(s) in your next order without the need for you to return the defective item.

The manufaturers of the RC products will have the final decition on the warranty of the products

 

How to return a product(s).

Please login to your account, and click on " My account" on the top of MonkeyHobby web site, and then choose the No. of items you are returing.

Secondly, choose a reason for returning. You can also put more detail on the common section, so that we can provide a better after sale services.

and click " Summit Return Request" to finsh the procedure.

Damage by transportation.

If the parcel arrives with damage package, please refuse the delivery and send a email to us. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us within 3 days after the product arrived. please keep all the package in oringnal condiction and contact us immediately. The return shipping cost should be paid by customer. After we have received the defect product and the faulty product is proved to be a damage via postal, we will send you new product or you can have a full refund. we pay for delivery for replacement products.

 

Factory faulty products.
If you have received your products with factory defect, please contact us within 3 days after you receive it. The product(s) must be in new and unused condition and in its original package. The return shipping cost should be pay by customer. After we have received the faultyitem(s) and the faulty product is proved to be a factory defect, we will send you new replacement or have your money back. we pay for delivery for replacement products.
